What if nobody is available to receive the delivery?

Someone must be present to receive delivery and sign the POD. If nobody is available, the driver will attempt to contact you, then return pallets to our facility. Redelivery fees apply. For established customers, we can arrange pre-authorized drop-offs with photo documentation in specific circumstances.

Can you deliver to multiple locations in one day?

Absolutely! We regularly coordinate multi-stop deliveries for customers with multiple facilities. This is especially cost-effective when locations are in close proximity. Special pricing available for regular multi-location delivery routes. Contact us to coordinate logistics.

Do you deliver on weekends or holidays?

Saturday delivery is available with advance notice (additional fees apply). Sunday and major holiday delivery is very limited and only for true emergencies. Weekend rates are 1.5-2x standard rates due to overtime costs. Most customers schedule Friday delivery for weekend needs.
